对媒体2017年4月18日披露并受到广受关注的《华北地区发现170000平方米超级工业污水渗坑》新闻，2017年4月19日，河北省大城县“大美大城”微信公众号发布《大城县人民政府关于南赵扶渗坑治理工作情况的说明》（以下简称“说明”），该说明中涉及字号为“碧水源”的公司与本公司注册商标“碧水源”相同，部分媒体未经核实，错误认为本公司即为涉事公司，给本公司声誉造成极大的损害，现就有关情况声明如下：
According to the news reported on April 18th 2017, named 170,000 Square Meters Super Industrial Sink Was Discovered in North China , a We-chat subscription, called Da Mei Da Cheng, in Dacheng County Hebei Province released an explanation, named the Explanation about Nan Zhaofu Sink Treatment by the Government of Dacheng County ( short for“Explanation”below) .
The Explanation involved a company named Bi Shui Yuan,which has the same name with our company. Some of the media considered us as the involved company without any confirmation,which caused extreme damage to the reputation of our company.The statements of the details are as follows:
一、 “大美大城”微信公众号所述公司不明确
该说明中表述“选定碧水源公司对化肥厂渗坑进行治理”，并在后续说明中描述碧水源公司未能达到治理要求，并将碧水源公司起诉至大城县人民法院，法偿南赵扶镇政府经济损失。该说明未写明涉事碧水源公司的全称，简单搜索即有数百家公司用“碧水源”作为字号，其中廊坊市有四家公司以“碧水源”作为字号登记，有三家公司处于存续期间。
I. The company name is not clear in the Explanation the We-chat subscription Da Mei Da Cheng released.
The Explanation says “we chose Bi Shui Yuan company to do the treatment to the sink pollution that caused by the chemical company”,the further explanation states that the company Bi Shui Yuan didn’t meet the requirements of the treatment and was prosecuted to people’s court of Dacheng county,and should make compensation for economic losses to Nan Zhaofu government.The explanation doesn’t clarify the whole name of the Bi Shui Yuan that was involved.If you do a simple search you will find that there are hundreds of companies named after Bi Shui Yuan.There are 4 companies named Bi Shui Yuan in Langfang alone,three of which are in renewal period.
二、 关于本公司的工商登记
我公司在工商行政机关合法登记、年检，我公司的法定名称是：廊坊碧水源水处理技术有限公司。我公司没有设立任何分支机构，也没有任何对外投资。
II.About the Industrial and Commercial Registration
Our company has been through legal registration and inspection in the Industrial and Commercial Administration.The legal name of our company is: Langfang Bi Shui Yuan Water Treatment Technology Co. ltd.. Our company does not have any branches, nor any foreign investment.
三、财新网报道严重错误
财新网4月20日《河北红色渗坑治理不力 碧水源因同名“躺枪”》报道严重不实，其未经认真、审慎调查，在文章最后所述“真正的涉事公司全称为廊坊碧水源水处理技术有限公司”严重错误，且文章被大量转载，给我公司声誉造成极大损害，我公司正在和财新网交涉。
仔细研读“大美大城”和北京碧水源科技股份有限公司的两份声明，均未表述涉事公司是我公司。
III.Caixin reported serious errors
Caixin Net made a report on April 20th named "Poor Treatment of Red Sink in Hebei Made Bi Shui Yuan Innocent"which reported seriously false.
Without serious and careful investigation, at the end of the report it says"The real involved company is called Langfang Bi Shui Yuan Water Treatment Technology Co. Ltd."which is totally wrong. But the article was reproduced a lot,and caused great damage to the reputation of our company, we are now negotiating with Caixin.
However the other two statements of Da Mei Da Cheng and Beijing Bi Shui Yuan Technology Inc didn’t clearly refer to our company involved.
四、需要声明的其他事项
1、我公司未参与南赵扶镇渗坑治理工作，也未和南赵扶镇政府签订任何合同和补充合同；也未接受任何委托处理渗坑业务。
2、我公司合法经营，恪守信用，迄今为止未发生一起被诉案件。
IV.Other Items Need to Be Declared
1. Our company has never participated in the sink treatment of Nan Zhao Fu town and has never signed any contract or supplementary contract with the government of Nan Zhao Fu town. We have never received any business of sink treatment.
2. Our company operates legally, abides by credit, and has not any case of prosecution so far.
